In the scope of the partnership between Proximus and Vodafone about "adaptative car insurance", we are looking for a candidate who can "industrialize" the solution.

The mission consists in:

• making a good product description
• cooperating with the legal department to create a customer contract
• creating and documenting the sales, provisioning, delivery and billing processes
• setting-up a customer support service

The job is a part time and temporary position. The candidate shall be able to allocate 30% of his time during 4 months.

The competences/experiences required for the job are:

• product management
• project management
• process specialist

The candidate will report to the Head of innovation.
